My, you've finally gotten the ball rolling! It's about time, boy. Not that I couldn't wait, but after a year the amusement the town could provide me with on its own has grown...stale.

I believe it was time we livened things up to the best of our ability! Time that we forced those who knew of and remember us to dredge up the memories of who we are and what we stand for. And to educate those who did not know in the first place, that they might understand why the world forced us its darker corners and then fell into complacency.

But you still have much work to do! Perhaps you ought to draw up your plan and present it before we consider taking things much further, hmm? There's always the chance it might not be accepted, you know! But then again, if one plan should fail there's always the next. Failure only really occurs when you decide to no longer even try. Decide to be happy with things how they are when you'd rather they change.

I think it quite fair I shape the world to the way I want. And I think it high time those trapped with us in the town see how the world is, and is meant to be.

I give up. Courtesy is evidently not going to work with you. I am going to lay down some firm rules, and if you value your sanity you will follow them.

First, you need to eat. Real food, not whatever that... substance is that you keep getting delivered to your dorm room. I sincerely doubt that's actual Chinese food, by the way. If the Chinese ate like that, there would be none of them left.

Second, put the pipe down. The beer too. First because both are coarse, uncultured pastimes that turn even the most intelligent of people into drooling idiots, and second because beer is vile and pipes smell horrible.
