You know, as much as I am going to miss that suit. I have got to say I'm glad to be me again. Still it's been this long and you still don't know which way you're going to go with me and that's kind of disappointing. Kind of understandable though. The temptation to put me back to work as the recent stories have is immense. But even so, I like my hackers life. Even if I'm missing my friends dearly.

When are you going to find some of them anyway? Gotham is pretty empty right now without my "Family".

While I appreciate this is something of an early Christmas gift to yourself - coming out of your 'brony closet' and getting back into RPing after nearly a year without it, I don't appreciate being pulled from my patients and rounds to come here for your amusement. Besides, if what that Twilight we met on LJ said is right, mixing past and future ponies could be dangerous.

My dear writer... Is now really the time for us to meet? I've got a rather significant social gathering to attend fairly soon. Or, well, if you're going to permit me more self-awareness, then I suppose I don't, but that still means my past self should.

As grateful as I am for all of your effort in arranging this, I was really doing quite well in the ten years you left me alone. Which is more than can be said for my current counterpart. She needs your attention much more than I do - I am after all an adult who can take care of herself.

Oh don't you start with it too. Look, some people might be a little Scrooge-y about the whole thing but I happen to like Christmas, and I could easily have found something for $50, thank you!

And that was where my idea came from - trust. What we all gave was a gift, something more than what you can buy, and it was wonderful. Magical, and that's what Christmas is. If you can't believe in magic for one bloody day of the year then when can you?

But you don't believe that, and don't you even try and deny it I can read you like... a book's too cliché, but think of that sentiment, that's what you are, and there's no point in trying to hide it now. Maybe we can do something about that by the end of the holiday, hmm?
