Actually, it's become somewhat of a tradition in most places I've visited. Many have fallen prey to the winter season and celebration. Even I have found myself cooking more than usual.
I've found most 'diets' are only effective if you keep to them, may I suggest going vegetarian? I myself have been vegetarian since my hire to Price Amir and have been considering veganism.though that may break a few hearts...
The palette has always given me vibrant amounts of energy, helps you cut back on your caffeine intake -- use healthy ingredients over all that coffee.

Those... havens I did not dislike so much. It was not a terrible place and the people were good. It is a place I would like to see again, even if I have no recollection of my time there before. Yet that decision to return is not fully in my control.
