An after holiday diet? (I have Amir on one of those..)

Actually, it's become somewhat of a tradition in most places I've visited. Many have fallen prey to the winter season and celebration. Even I have found myself cooking more than usual.

I've found most 'diets' are only effective if you keep to them, may I suggest going vegetarian? I myself have been vegetarian since my hire to Price Amir and have been considering veganism. though that may break a few hearts...

The palette has always given me vibrant amounts of energy, helps you cut back on your caffeine intake -- use healthy ingredients over all that coffee.

It isn't her fault that Christmas is a lovely thing, Sanjay. I love the food they cook here for it! I wish you would allow me to try more of it.

And-- is it really helpful to tell her to cut back on her caffeine considering how much tea you drink in a day?

We had somewhat of an western style dinner this year (I did my best.) After all, I know you're fond of the way they cook stew, pork isn't my specialty.. I let you break your planned diet far too often don't give me that. [Do you really want this to turn into a lecture?]

The amount of tea I drink is.. irrelevant.
