Alright, I gather these initial trial runs can be daunting, especially if I happen to be wholly original aside from my ties to my ancestor who I know you've interacted with. I have to admit being jealous there, Gwendoline would have been able to tell me so much about Gulliver and the odd other human she claims to have encountered if she'd been something of a better scribe. I thought we agreed to pace ourselves, Mun. It's sweet of you to think of me, but I think a small break wouldn't hurt. We can make ourselves little sandwiches, brew a fresh pot of coffee, and maybe put on some of your father's hymn music. I'll even sing a few hymns with you before you have to leave to go and help your family set up your church's nativity scene.

Hey there. I hear you're kind of scared to tag with me now that you've seen other canon muses around. But don't be. Casey, Natalie, Dan (see, another Dan, it's not just me that loves him), they're all nice people and I'm sure their muns are too. And they're my friends. Tagging with them is where I belong.

Especially if I'm getting married. Or did I get married? Are you assuming that already happened? Because it's kind of a big deal, so if it happened I want to tell people about it. Plus I think they'd notice when I showed up to work wearing a wedding ring.

But don't be scared. We're not people to be scared of. The Saints coming into St. Louis this Sunday, that's something to be scared of.

I don't trust the Dead- I'm an Abhorsen. Yes, they apparently want Malicant stopped, and cannot pass on until he's dealt with. [Sabriel would much prefer to simply banish them after using Dyrim along with Saraneth to wring every last bit of information out of them. But with her own inability to enter Death, and how that realm functions differently in Keeliai, she's not sure if she can give them a permanent death.]

Also, I'm very glad that the turtle eggs are hatching soon- and that we'll be able to keep caring for them after they hatch- with everything we've learned about the state of things beyond Tu Vishan, it seems irresponsible to just let them go off on their own.
