Conversations at company parties lead to the strangest things.
So am I supposed to be complimented that I came up in your reminiscing of 45s and cassette tapes? Because I have to tell ya, from where I'm standing it's not really sounding very good.
Besides I have a little city you may have heard of called New York that I need to be looking after so I can't really be spending my time here. Fascinating as I am sure this place is, oh did you get the sarcasm on that? Good.

I think time works strangely here. Most don't seem to remember being here when they return home.

Yeah I heard that about Avalon too but I still can't just abandon my duty.

I understand not wanting to abandon you're duties. I felt the same way about mine at first, but don't believe that being here means you're actually gone from your life back home. It seems that these places are like dreams. You wake up back at the point you left.
