[Blues' voice is tinged with amusement -- it's humorous, in a way, to see the two stark versions of himself side-by-side like this in his mun's head.]
But this world isn't mine, and unlike it, SeeD can't protect everyone the way Rockman can. And as Rockman isn't here... well, I can't stand by and watch all this happen.
Even now, it is still strange to think about, that I'd find something that I'd be willing to sacrifice a little freedom for... but I guess that's the part of me that's close to human. Sometimes, I even surprise myself.
Though I'll admit, I'm happy that Tango will be there with me, even if he prefers to just carry around stocks.

Didn't you try this once before? This whole "Looking for Izou" thing? Just because Namur and Thatch are there now too, doesn't mean I'm actually capable of doing the impossible. Even phoenixes have limits, yoi. And while it'd be nice to have someone bridge the gap between Thatch and Grell, waiting around hoping won't fix anything.
So just go make that log for Namur's birthday party instead of trying to round up the whole crew. In case you've forgotten? It's a large one.
Besides, don't you need to make a post in Luceti still? More like at least three of them? Go rest your headache. Maybe try some sunflower seeds. That usually works for me.
And quit whining that you don't know what's going on with the crew back home. You haven't for years, and that hasn't stopped us yet, yoi.

As soon as we approach a town, I'm filling my dorm with more medical supplies than I can ever imagine needing. My healing ability is too unpredictable to leave to chance, I can't let the potions run out again.
But I'm going to forgive that mistake and look ahead. We all made it out alive, and there's the Valentines' dance to look forward to. I've got plenty of candy in the mail! I wonder who's going to pair up? Some people need a little help to realize what they want, but I'd be happy to do it. We could all use some cheer around here---after everyone rests up, obviously.
