[He looks up at him, unsure what he was mumbling about. Deciding it didn't matter he tied off his row of tiny neat stitches and grabbed some more gauze, wrapping it round and round his arm and securing it with tape.]

Are you still awake? What would you like me to do?

[Without waiting for a response he shoves the first aid kit away and puts his arms under Sniper, ready to carry him back to his camper.]

[He takes longer to get up than he should, his legs feeling unsteady.]

I just need... rest and...

[And more incoherent mumbling, apparently.]

And--?

[He drapes Sniper's arm across his shoulders and supports him as best he can being half a foot shorter than him.]

Can you walk?

I think.

[His head feels heavy, drooping as he eyes the ground and tries to focus his eyes on the puddle of blood there. Is all of that his? Surely not. He must be seeing things.]

[Spy is eying that blood as well, it seems like a lot. He's no expert on how much blood you can lose and still survive, but this is coming close to how much people lose when he stabs them in the neck.]

I zhink maybe we should wake up zhe laborer and see eef he will let you use his dispenser.

I don't want his help.

[He's lucky he swallowed his pride long enough to let Spy help him.]

Just get me back to my camper.

Are you sure?

[But he opens the door to the store room, supporting Sniper as he helps him out. The camper seems miles away.]

Eet would heal immediately and you would not have a scar, or have to be een pain.

[He leans on the frame of the door, then on Spy as they step into the hall.]

It's the middle of the bloody night. I'm not wakin' him up for a scratch like this.

[The scratch that left a puddle in the storeroom. Yep.]

A scratch? You are gushing blood! I have killed people who bled less zhan zhis.

[He looks down the hall towards the Engineer's room, debating about dragging Sniper down there whether he liked it or not.]

[RED has a moment of clarity as he sees what direction Spy is looking. He grips onto Spy with surprising strength.]

You take me down there, and you'll be the one with a scratch next. Got it?

[He yelps in surprise at the fingers digging into his side, turning back to stare at Sniper, shocked that he's being threatened.]

V-very well. Back to zhe camper.

[Silently he moves towards the door, hoping that Sniper doesn't pass out or die from the effort it's going to take to get him all the way to the camper.]

[Oops. While he can handle a lot of pain, blood loss is another matter entirely. That flash of anger apparently took it out of RED; drained, his eyes roll backward as he goes completely limp. Good job, Sniper.]

[Spy catches him before he crumples to the ground. Once he realizes he's unconscious he has him up over his shoulder in an instant, running down the hall and pounding on Engineer's door. If he times this right he can get him healed and back in the camper before Sniper knows anything happened.

Fortunately Engie is home, and while sleepily angry about being woken up, one look at the Sniper slowly bleeding to death and he waves them inside. Spy sets him down next to the dispenser, ignoring the odd look that Engineer is giving them, one man bleeding to death and the other in his pajamas, now covered in blood.]

[Engineer continues to shake his head, giving them incredulous glances as Sniper's wounds heal, the blood on his skin disappearing, leaving only his clothes stained.

Sniper groans, stirring. Engineer crosses his arms, but still says nothing, watching as Sniper twitches. Don't think he won't be asking you about this later, Spy.]

[At the first signs of motion Spy has Sniper back up over his shoulder. He apologizes profusely to Engineer the whole time, but he backs out of the room, promising to make it up to Engie later.

Time to dash for the camper.]

[He stirs again as he's jostled, eyes failing to focus on the view of the ground he has from his vantage point.]

... Spy?

[He had hoped to get to the camper before he woke up and pretend that he somehow magically healed. It's a miracle! At least he's pretty close.]

You are awake now? I am taking you back to zhe camper as you asked.

[Door open, and he struggles inside with a fully grown man draped across his shoulder.]

Did I...?

[He loses the rest of his question as his eyes land on the dead cougar still lying outside the camper. Oh. Spy is taking him back, just like he said.]

[He dumps the now healed Sniper on his bed, straightening before rubbing his aching shoulder. He's not really strong enough to be carting a fully grown person around.]

Did you bleed all over zhe floor of zhe storeroom? Oui, you did.

Pass out, I meant.

[He eyes the blood all over his shirt, head throbbing. At least the pain from the rest of his wounds seems to have...

He eyes the bandages, blood still staining them; however, there's none left on his skin. He shoots Spy a disgruntled look.]

Oui.

[He starts backing away towards the door.]

Do not look at me like zhat! You are zhe one who came een bleeding and locked yourself een a closet eenstead of seeking medical attention.

Oh, right. And doin' exactly what I told you not to do is a lot better. Now he's gonna know, and he'll tell Pyro, then she'll know and I'll never hear the end of it.

Would you razzer I have let you bleed out een zhe storage room for Soldier to find when he came to get his morning rations?

He wouldn't tell Pyro eef you asked him not to.
