If you listened to Trixie, she said she heard of the improbability drive, and that it apparently runs on improbability. She never said she believed that or that it was true.

What Trixie does is she bedazzles! She awes! She inspires! She demands not to be laughed at, as The Great and Powerful Trixie is the most powerful Equine in all of Equestria! To mock her is to make the biggest mistake in their life!

[She summons storm clouds, then makes them shoot lightning at the ground to make herself look more intimidating.]

[Pinkie snorts happily, the static from the lightning making her mane frizz up even more than usual, only making her laugh more.]

[Trixie doesn't approve, so she decides to use her voice amplification spell to be more intimidating.]

Trixie demands you to stop your laughter!

[Pinkie manages to reduce her laugh to a light giggle.]

Okay! But why are we yelling!?

Because you were laughing, and Trixie doesn't appreciate being laughed at at all. OR having her shows interrupted and being heckled, for that matter.

Being heckled? Now that's just mean! Who would do something like that?

Some white unicorn with purple hair, some blue pegasus with rainbow hair, and some brown earth pony with yellow hair and a hat. Oh, and some small, purple dragon. Trixie imagines some purple unicorn sent her cohorts to ruin Trixie's show.

Trixie took care of them and they didn't cause problems for the rest of her show.
