Why, hello there, mun! I'm so delighted that you decided to give me a journal of my very own. That was certainly very kind of you.

But, mun, I.. Well, I do have to say...

[She is hesitant, but quickly finds her confidence and gives her mun a very stern look.]

Your teeth! They're horrendous! So yellow and, oh, do you ever floss? Is that- Is that a cavity? This is completely unacceptable! You get in your bathroom right this second and brush, young lady! ...Don't forget to floss, too!

[Sigh. How could her mun have such poor dental hygiene?]

It would be good news if she hadn't already lost all her baby teeth.

[She flutters over closer to him.]

[Resisting urge to check them out herself. But they're just so perfect.]

Well, I still think it's good- woah, hey there. [His personal space!!! Okay, she's lucky because she's Tooth so she gets away with things.]

Hi, Tooth. It's good to see you. And my... teeth are ok, I guess. [How do you even answer that?] Would I even be able to get cavities?

I'll tell Shiratama she can't eat them, then. How come you know so much about teeth?

You're too pretty to be a dentist. [Said in matter of fact.]

I know so much about teeth because... [She flutters close to him, close enough so that she can whisper-] I'm the Tooth Fairy!

[She moves back again, all smiles and sparkles.]

[She flutters in close to him, examining his teeth. Hope you don't mind fairy fingers suddenly jammed in your mouth. Hmmm. HMMMM...]

Very well-maintained! [Surprisingly white. She is fascinated by your teeth now.]

[ Peeeeking. ]

Birdy?

[She turns around to the sound of the voice and gives the girl a big, bright smile. With the plumage on her head, she couldn't blame kids for mistaking her for some sort of bird.]

Not quite!

[Her wings stop their fluttering and she drops down to the girl's level. Whispering, she asks-]

Can you keep a secret?

[ She squeaks and stumbles backward a little. She talked! And she came closer!.... but mother warned her of bad men, and she wasn't a man, so... this flying lady couldn't be bad, right?

She peers closer and nods her head. ]

I can keep any secret!

[Oops! She hadn't meant to startle the poor thing. Well, kids recovered fast and this girl was no exception.]

You see, I'm actually... [She motions for the little one to come closer and once she does-] ...a fairy! [Ta-daaaahhh!]

[ gaaaasp! ]

A fairy?!

That's right!

But I'm not just any fairy. I'm the Tooth Fairy!
