Have you tried implementing punishments when she fails to accomplish her allotted tasks?

I have, however, I have found it difficult to use such punishments when I cannot reach her physically. Suspensions and chores fall on deaf ears, and she doesn't always listen to my lectures.

The problem is that she is on company time. That is no time to dilly dally and do as she wishes, but to do her job that she was hired for. Even if her daily tasks are complete, there is always something else she could do.

[The sad part is mundane honestly can't fight this, and Hubert loves to point out to his mundane what she can do once she's done with her bigger tasks.]
