MUN ASKS 'WHY'?

Listen here, Mundane. We need to speak about your work habits. Going on your phone and texting your friends is not a valuable use of your time. You are not being paid to chat with your friends, you are being paid to do your job. Now, I will write out a schedule for you to ensure that you are using company time as best as possible.

[But... I got everything done within my allotted time /sobs]

There's no excuse. You could have found other tasks that were needed to be completed. As I mentioned, I will be keeping a close watch on you to make sure you won't slack off in the future.

If that fails, you could always try singing until she agrees to listen to you. I'm sure you have no lack of songs that could be put to use for this.

What about singing along with the music to make yourself harder to ignore?

[What? He would do it.]

Come now, surely there is some way to you can use her own activities to your advantage to get your message across. What could be more effective than coupling it with music that she obviously enjoys?

Wonderful! Do let me know how that turns out. Perhaps I could try inflicting the same tactic on my own mundane when she decides to entertain herself on YouTube instead of being more productive.

[Spoilers: he's already done it. Usually it results in option b.]
