Listen here, Mundane. We need to speak about your work habits. Going on your phone and texting your friends is not a valuable use of your time. You are not being paid to chat with your friends, you are being paid to do your job. Now, I will write out a schedule for you to ensure that you are using company time as best as possible.

There's no excuse. You could have found other tasks that were needed to be completed. As I mentioned, I will be keeping a close watch on you to make sure you won't slack off in the future.

If such strengths lie in her laziness and inability to concentrate, then yes, I would let her do her own thing. She tries to tell me the same exact thing, but it doesn't exactly help when it comes to the task she has at hand.

It isn't ideal to have to resort to bribery all the time, but if it's not monetary and not at all connected to any sort of position with influence... it should be fine.

I suppose I could agree to her throwing me into these 'memes' she keeps speaking of, though in order for me to give consent, she would have to perform rather well. As of right now, she's done nothing to deserve my cooperation for such foolishness.
