Yeah, I know you need to reread my books, but you've read them pretty recently, right? (My books. How the hell did I get a trilogy and a short story?) Thing is, I know you're worried about finding my voice, but don't sweat it, okay? As long as you keep me away from Brianna, I'm good. (CB's daughters scare me.)

We've been through this many times. Since we seem to have a misunderstanding, let me go over this one last time: my nature doesn't allow for me to be in close quarters with others of my kind. I'm not sure which part of that is difficult to understand, nor am I certain you even care, but consider this your warning. I would rather avoid engaging in a turf war within the confines of a spaceship.

You've done well to resist from sending me somewhere for a few years now. Let's not break that habit.
