I understand that this is new and exciting for you, Mun, and that you're getting very attached to your new fandom, but does this hunt for--what do you call it? Right. "Fanfiction". Do we really need to continue this?

The ideas it's giving you are...worrying.

Stop smiling like that. [:|]

[Sherlock's still confused.]

But if no one else cares, then how can my conclusions be impressive?

[He doesn't believe John.]

You do realize you are the first person to be properly impressed by me... all the time?

[Back to: people usually tell him to 'piss off'.]

A person's private fact very public? John, what are you on about?

[Why would two people sleeping together be private, when they so obviously want to show it off to the world? - Anderson and Donovan.]

[personal profile] highfunctioning_sociopath 2012-02-03 04:58 am (UTC)(link)
Do I? Does this have something to do with this "Fanfiction" thing you mentioned earlier?

[Oh Sherlock may not understand it when others do sarcasm, but he has a lot himself.]
highfunctioning_sociopath: The Great Game (hands through hair)

Thank you XD

[He runs his hands through his hair and growls slightly in frustration.]

John. We've been over this! I'm not trying to embarrass them, I simply say what I observe. And if they don't want to be embarrassed, then they shouldn't commit embarrassing acts.

[And yes, it is that simple to Sherlock. His 'rule of thumb' can be summed up as: Don't be an idiot.]

[With total seriousness.]

It might...

[He slumps into his chair.]

Fine.

[This is as close to 'not being dramatic' as he gets.]

[Tea items are fine... for now.]

Never too old to sulk.

[Admit it, John, he's right.]
highfunctioning_sociopath: Scandal in Belgravia (amused)

Is It? I hadn't noticed.

[Still true in his mind.]

Is that who you are now? My conscience?

[He pauses, dramatically.]

Interesting. Perhaps I should call you Jiminy Cricket from now on?
highfunctioning_sociopath: A Study in Pink (the look)

[personal profile] highfunctioning_sociopath 2012-02-04 08:25 pm (UTC)(link)
[Of course John is, but chance in hell of Sherlock admitting that out loud. At the flat-cleaning comment, Sherlock levels the look.]

You wouldn't. It would mess up all my experiments.
highfunctioning_sociopath: A Study in Pink (smug)

[personal profile] highfunctioning_sociopath 2012-02-04 08:28 pm (UTC)(link)
[He offers a smug grin.]

Fine. So, is your mun still reading.... that... stuff?

[His nose is twitching.]

Mine has thankfully stayed away from it in this fandom. Of course I said I would leave if any of it were read about me.

[personal profile] highfunctioning_sociopath 2012-02-04 08:37 pm (UTC)(link)
And that tells me everything I need to know about you, then...

[Yup, he's expecting John to turn into a sex-crazed lunatic any moment. Because that's what happens to characters when muns read that, right?]
