[There's a slight relief in being able to be near someone without being pushed away. He's always glad for a hug from anyone, always glad to give them, and in this case, he figures it was something the other Gamzee needed. That made two of them.

He prays a little that his powers don't go off on him now. They've been dormant this far so he sees no reason to back out of this yet. Because man, who the fuck ever needed words when there were all kinds of hug-bunps to be had? Just a hug could say enough in his mind. He's missed this.

Tav was important to me. Tav was my only real friend. I had the staff my dad had looking after me and they are great but I never got along with people my age. They can't up and have a good time.

[He's not quite sure he's got a full understand for what his other self wants him to know, but he gets that it must be something important as all motherfuck to be making him look like that, so he listens carefully. He's all for lending an ear to a motherfucker what's all needing it. He likes being able to help a brother or sister any way he can, and if hugs didn't work, there was always this. He listens in on the harshness of what his other self is saying-- right up to the world "killed".

[Gamzee threads a hand into the wild black mess of curls that is his hair. He is looking anywhere but at the other Gamzee right now. This other Gamzee what is telling him he should understand this when he doesn't. Understanding is the exact opposite of what was happening here. Even if he'd done something like that his ownself he can't imagine being able to wrap his head around it proper. He can't wrap it around the idea of someone hurting Tav- Any Tav, his own or not. The pieces of that motherfucking puzzle just ain't going together for him.]
