I know its selfish of me to ask this, and that I'd be breaking another promise by doing so, but... I got my life back, I don't want to give it up all over again.

That's not my secret to tell. All you need to know are two things:

First, he is the bastard he says he is. There's no such thing as "off-limits" to him.

Secondly, don't expect any kind of physical confrontation. He won't even have to so much as lift a finger in order to destroy you.
