On the subject of kids
No, that's an awful idea. First of all, I don't even like children, and secondly, that is the worst idea I've ever heard. The very idea of it really chafes my beans.
Also, yes, I realize how many times I used the word 'idea'.

Think about your color wheel, Dr. D. How do you get teal?

Might still need to squint!
Most likely, yes. xD

You would end up having to have Kim Possible do the baby-sitting and that would just get awkward.

Hmmm, what's got you thinking I'm not the parent type, by the way? You're right, of course, but I'm curious.

Well this is just going off the little bits of your show my mundane has shown me. You seem...impulsive I guess would be the word. You're not stupid obviously you can make some amazing machines, but you seem to jump in without thinking things through a lot of the time. Then there's the possibility your villain activities could y'know get them hurt or worse. Not by the heroes obviously, but other villains.
You wouldn't have the best time with kids I think, but there are worse parents than you I'm sure.
At least you're creative and know how to actually have some fun every now and then.

Impulsive?
I just don't like the idea of having children run around and putting their grubby, little hands all over my wonderful death rays and doomsday devices.

Then there's the issue of having a teenage daughter eventually if one of the kids is a girl.
[She doesn't think she has to say more considering Drakken's track record.]

I don't go for just any old idea that pops into my head, you know. They're certainly all good enough that Kim Possible feels the need to foil them...
[He's grumbling a bit now.]
I think I'd prefer a girl, actually. It would certainly make things easier when it comes to 'the talk' and the things that come with it. I could just leave that to the mother.

[It's just tough love Drakken, she actually likes you in a weird way.]
Presuming you're not an only father for whatever reason or another. I mean your mun isn't exactly talking about finding you a girlfriend yet. They're going straight to the idea of kids. So seems like they might be thinking of you adopting versus them actually being your biological kids or maybe a cloning program gone wrong?

The wiki has a similar, but unsourced "official" history if you're curious.
Sure, hit me with it.
About the same as what I put with a few edits to fit in line with her actual song

Though, in your case, maybe you're better off getting a pet hamster or something.
