[He's had just about enough of you. All it takes to gather that from Dipper is his expression as he jams his hands into his pockets. He'd fold his arms protectively over his chest just in-case Bill wants to try blasting a hole through him again, but....maybe he'd be better off not giving him any ideas.

Things are bad enough back home right now as it is.]

Not like you'll have much to watch anymore, the Mystery Shack belongs to Gideon. Though I guess you probably saw what happened anyway.

Ugh, what's your deal?

[He hopes his mun knows what she's doing, because this sudden burst of courage certainly isn't completely his own.]

[Dipper actually doesn't have much to worry about, since he's not in Bill's way at the moment. The triangle creature just floats on over to the boy and rests an elbow on his shoulder, pointing to him, whether he likes it or not.]

Sure did! We really had fun in Stan's mind, so now I can't wait ta'see how you kids get outta this one!
Don't worry, I've got plenty of reasons ta'keep watching ya!

[He now begins floating in front of Dipper, and twists his hand which somehow causes several playing cards to appear. He shuffles them, before making them float with him in the air. If he's observant, Dipper may notice Bill's image on the back of the cards.]

That depends! I can deal ya Texas, Omaha, Blackjack or Go Fish!

[Suddenly, the cards burst into blue flames and vanish.]

Haha! All kidding aside, that's kind of a nonspecific question.

[Dipper makes a face and leans away from Bill when he puts an elbow on his shoulder. He really doesn't have much patience for this guy, but for the moment he manages to keep his cool. What he really wants to ask is what Bill wanted from Gideon in return for getting him the code to Stan's safe, but somehow he doubts he's just going to tell him that.]

Well I have you to thank for us losing the Mystery Shack either way. If you didn't go causing trouble in Stan's mind in the first place Gideon wouldn't have snuck in and gotten the deed.

Look Pine Tree, Gideon broke into your great uncle's safe with a half ton of dynamite and a wrecking ball. I could've been ordering a sunset martini in Cancun and I still don't think it would've helped you keep that deed.

[His eye narrows as he pokes Dipper in the chest.]

So don't go acting like you're the only one who lost something outta this, the shortstack played me for a sucker too!

[Dipper rubs the spot where Bill pokes him, his frown only deepening. He does have a point though. He doesn't understand why Gideon just didn't try that first to begin with.]

That's what you get for making a deal with Gideon, of all people. He's insane.

[Not like that isn't obvious at this point.

Dipper finally seems to give in as he sighs, scuffing the ground with his shoe, muttering more to himself than to Bill.]

I dunno how we're going to get out of this mess.

[Floating down a bit, Bill takes Dipper's hat and starts spinning it around on his fingertip.]

Look, I got some business to take care of now that I'm back. But since I'm not too happy about Prince Hairspray not living up to his end of the bargain, 'specially after we shook on it... maybe I'll come lend ya a hand if ya need it.

[He's not saying he will, he's just saying it's a possibility. Honestly Bill doesn't have anything against Dipper personally, so he's kind of just trying to make him feel better. The "demon" puts the boy's hat back on his head.]

Though back in Stan's mind ya showed me ya were actually pretty clever. Put those smarts to good use and I doubt he'll be as much trouble as ya think.

[Dipper nearly snaps at Bill for taking his hat, but instead listens to what he has to say as he continues talking.

...Is he serious?

While the boy knows Gideon going back on his word is probably going to come back to bite him, he can't imagine how Bill could help him now. He's not really sure if he'd even want his help if he offered it, especially if deal making had to be involved.

Dipper glances away when Bill puts his hat back on, reaching up to adjust it a bit himself.]

W-well uh...thanks, I guess. I hope you're right.

[Dipper can't help but feel uneasy about the whole thing. He wouldn't have known he had a chance against Bill if memory Stan hadn't told him about being able to control what happened in his mind himself in the first place. Somehow he feels like he just got lucky there.]

[Admittedly, Bill is rather looking forward to Dipper and the others giving Gideon his just desserts for backing out on their deal. Broken contracts are not something he appreciates in the slightest, although he isn't sure if he'll need to interfere... yet.
For now, he'll be watching, just as he said. Watching indeed.]

Ya've got some real adventures ahead'a ya, and I wouldn't say ya've been bored up 'til now either! So what's next definitely won't be your last. In fact, I'd say the fun's just getting started!

[Bill's correct for several reasons, and to be honest Dipper can't remember there being one day in Gravity Falls that hadn't included something weird happening. Some days were weirder- and a lot more dangerous- than others, but the fact of the matter remained the same. No matter how dangerous though, they had been having fun having those adventures.

Dipper nods a bit, still not looking up at Bill but its obvious that he's not quite as uncomfortable now.]

I guess things could be worse...?
