Anyway I appreciate you taking an interest in my studies of artifacts. Not many people have the patience for this kind of thing, it's like they're expecting some kind of pharaohs cures or something. Magic and the supernatural are just local superstition, nothing more and nothing less. Still it leaves a bit to the imagination doesn't it?

Personally, while the 'magic' part has its allure, what interests me is essentially taking a peek into the past, understanding where we were and maybe have an idea where we're going. Look at me, I'm talking like being an antiquarian is like being some kind of philosopher.

It is a very interesting field of study. And superstition is nothing to be afraid of, just stories reflecting the beliefs of various cultures that's all, in my experience the only 'curse' I've had the misfortune of coming across is the curse of travel sickness.
