For starters I've been transported to an entirely different reality, turned into a different species and for once it's not yours or any other fans fault, Spike's a dog and I'm not even sure if he can speak to me anymore, my magic's gone, and all top of all that everyone seems to hate me now!

They're certainly the abrasive bunch, but it's only because they enjoy our show so much. If you loved something, wouldn't you want it to always be how you like it?

I would, and I can think of a few ponies who would do the same. But there has to be some leeway doesn't there? Change is just part nature, good and bad.

Oh of course there's some leeway. Everypony expects change, but some prefer it more than others. Change is just as much a part of chaos as it is a part of nature.

...It's almost funny actually, the idea of me learning about an entirely new educational system, while simultaneously learning about a species that is virtually unknown to Equestria would have been exciting to me a few months ago.

That's because it was still a joke back then. Unconfirmed rumors that spawned a few fanfics and happened in more games than I'm aware of. Now that it's actually happening, people are losing interest.

Well that's just being fickle, I can't believe I'm saying this, but Discord was right, not everypony is going to embrace change, they might even be straight up against it, but they need to deal and grow with it all the same.

Like you said with the coronation, I like to think that's going to be a change for the better and we're going to make a pretty good princess... at least I hope we do.

They do, but most people don't know how to do that. Not at the start, at least; the movie will have to premiere before anyone changes their minds...either that or leak onto the internet. Whichever comes first.

You'll be a great princess, Twilight. Just remember to not panic and keep as collected as you usually are and it'll be fine. Besides, you'll have the support of your best friends the entire time.
