I guess that's true, fear stops you from doing dangerous things.

So I guess than maybe, sometimes, a little fear is good in the right situation.

Fear occurs in all situations. There's no right or wrong moment. It's spontaneous.

Fear occurs in Nightmares, do they not? Sometimes they spring up at the most random times when people are asleep.

I know some people have nightmares, but I don't think they sound helpful.

Sometimes they can. They come as warnings from the subconscious.
