I just...want to thank all of my friends for being there. None of this would be possible if I didn't meet them when I came to Ponyville.

[Despite the backhanded nature of it, this is actually his version of sincere congratulations. So sincere, in fact, that he snaps his fingers and a bouquet of rainbow roses appear in his talons, which he offers to Twilight. And only one of the roses will end up squirting water in her face if she tries to smell it.
