Your mun is probably just afraid. It seems to be a common issue, kupo; they're afraid someone else will see you and say that you're "wrong" some how, which hurts both parties.

...Oh. Well that's not so bad. Usually it's these two most are afraid of, but criticism is good for them. And practice. But going too fast means they'll trip over their own feet; I've done that a couple of times.

Are you part-hydra, or is it a symbiotic relationship between two beings? How did it happen, were you born that way or were you changed? Cursed idol? Transmuter with a grudge? Drinking unlabelled potions?

Oh no; I'm just an Expelian. These two? They're typical dragons, but they kind of...possessed me. We were battling, I looked away for one second and suddenly, these two are on my back. I'm looking for ways to separate them without hurting them, but I haven't found anything yet.

Really? Symbiotic possession doesn't seem very... "typical" for dragons, not where I'm from. I mean... that's what it sounds like to me; they fused with you and now it's a mutually beneficial relationship.

...if you ask me, I don't think separating you guys will hurt more than just your dragon friends. Probably better if you just get used to it, kupo.

I don't really know much about dragons, but I guess it's something they do? They're pretty friendly towards others, at least; they argue every now and then, but that happens to everyone.

(He says with a slight shrug. Somehow, he always gets caught between them.)

We've had plenty of time to get acquainted, at least! We went on this huge journey and everything; didn't find a way to separate them, but it was still a lot of fun.

I'm...still not sure how it turned into saving the universe, though. Isn't it amazing when traveling with a group of strangers turns into stories of legend?

You must have some strange dragons where you're from.

And, you know... legend is just a string of really good coincidences. It's only natural that most of the people saving the world or the universe would be strangers, since it's the luck of the draw and a common goal that brings them together.

Oh. That works, too! I usually follow rumors and see if any of them are true. It's worked well so far; after all, that's how I met these two.

(Both dragons, noticing the moogle's growing interest in them, can't help but give him a confused look. He doesn't seem too threatening, but it's getting kind of...weird for them. Not even Rena was this interested...)

I can understand what they're saying, so I guess it's that first one you said. I'm not really sure how it works, but we can understand each other and stuff.

Maybe that's what makes them so special? They're pretty friendly to everyone, but they might've been that way long before I met them.
