[A pause as he skims the list.]

I can see one issue already. First thing you've got listed is that you're gonna work harder, and as flattered as I am that you'd take the time out of your busy schedule to let me post here, I'm thinkin' that might be a part of the problem right there.

I know you will. I'll bet you've got your hands full at that city you're in, havin' to keep an eye on both the REDs and BLUs there.

Your fellow REDs wouldn't look out for ya? Or the BLUs for each other?

I'm sure they would, but they wouldn't play mother to me like I do them.

That Engineer y'all have got there seems like the type who might. Those boys ought to be able to take care of themselves, but I know how they can get in over their heads if they're not careful.

And seein' how they act about that respawn sometimes, I'm willin' to bet they're not.

He was here for awhile but I haven't seen him lately, I think he's disappeared.

[And that makes her a sad. She's supposed to be an Engineer's loyal pet who protects his sentries and dispensers from Spies!]

Aw, don't you worry about him, Pyro. I'm bettin' he's just gone home if he's not there anymore. Probably gettin' back to the things he enjoys and life how it ought to be outside of these games the mundanes put us in. That's not so bad, now is it?

I can only hope for the best for him if that is true. If Engineer can be happy back home, then I will be happy too for him. So, no. I suppose it isn't so bad.

Good. I don't want to see you sad over a little old thing like him goin' where he ought to be anyway. Besides, that's one less person you've got to take care of.

But I like taking care of him.

I'd have to be on RED for that, I'm afraid. We might be fightin' together one of these days on account of those robots, but we technically can't even be seen socializin' at the moment. That's just how it's got to be.

[He is either painfully oblivious or pretending not to notice. It wouldn't be polite to point something like that out, after all.]

[Lowering her head, she nods slightly.]

I... understand.

[But she doesn't look happy about it. Who will fill the place of her precious Engie? Who will make her bacon? Who will pat her on the head and tell her what a good boy she is? It's not fair at all.]

Now you keep an eye on your teammates while you're still there. I'm sure your Engineer is proud of you no matter where he is so long as you do your best.
