I'm really excited about this... 'bending' stuff. Ya think I can learn it alright? Because I don't know any magic. I mean, are the two even similar? That doesn't matter though! It's still awesome! Making your own things with your willpower. How much more awesome can you get?

I know Goliath and the others won't be there, like you said but... I'm sure I can hold my own! I'm a gargoyle after all!

I heard the City can change people and something about storms. [He was only half paying attention, apparently.]

Change people? A place can... really do that?

I guess in Nautilus it can. But I don't think it's too much to worry about. If you make some friends, that is.

You don't have to think to make friends, you just get out there and do it.

Whatever you do, don't try and over do things. [That only makes it worse. But Soul thinks Brooklyn is pretty cool, and he's usually right about his impressions about people. Even if they aren't actually people.]
