"Idiot" is simply a laypony's term for "uneducated". And "crazy" is only a word used by ponies that simply do not understand, nor want to educate themselves. Those deemed with such a title did end up becoming some of the most brilliant ponies to ever have walked Equestria. As such, they were alive and fear of knowing never did cripple them.

And that is something both of us can agree upon. I would never deem such creatures like them in a high respect. They had power on par with the Allicorn princesses and it became such a great burden to deal with, thus allowing misery to reign for everyone.

No. I speak of regular, normal ponies whom did not have so-called "magical" powers or any extra abilities, yet they were able to succeed practically and diligently in their lives. Alas, ponies tend to forget that aspect of history.
