Beautiful 1:30 AM decisions. Bust is best character.
[ What is this?
Why, it's a waxwork bust, cast in the likeness of one very famous consulting detective (the cheekbones may be off, given your interpretation. Just squint).
Do you:
> Admire the craftsmanship and cleverly place it in your window in hopes of busting a criminal?
> Get your poor housekeeper to crawl on her hands and knees to adjust it every few minutes?
> Shoot the damn thing and pray you don't end up in prison?
> Attempt to get your best chum to get rid of it because it won't look that nice riddled with bullet holes?
> Make puns? Think of all the puns.
> Ignore it. It will be forgotten in the next story anyway. ]

Now, I like a nice, big bust, but this wasn't exactly what I had in mind... [Pokes at its cheeks.] A bit too wrinkly and saggy, if you ask me.

oh my god
Watson shoots the bust the most skeptical of looks. It's well-made, true, but it... unsettles him.
Time to throw this thing away for good. Upsy-daisy, bust, we're going on a trip.]
oh, WOW. You are pretty much my hero for Granada Watson
You can send me to the darkest corner of the earth, but I will find my way back. And you will be happy about it.

Just busting some crimes. ]
the puns, the bust, i tip my hat.
walk away, sherlock. walk a— he isn't walking away. his lips turn downward into a frown and this time he really is starting to walk away.
oh, but he comes back! yes, of course he does! he stands in front of it, raising his eyebrows. ]
ingenious.
[ and now he has ideas. brilliant. ]
Someone had to do it, and I don't think anyone else wanted to. :(
Now, hire a housekeeper and place me in your window, pal. You'll capture all sort--
No, you'll just capture a very specific type of criminal. But I do try my hardest. ]
