on learning that I'm making pie tomorrow...
So I can't help with the measuring because it's all pre-measured, and I can't help with the baking because I'm not physically there, which is the same reason I can't help with the tasting.

It's a food, dessert, usually, but sometimes dinner, that's usually a pot pie or a shepherd's pie or a handpie, though.
But handpies can be dessert too, just depends on what's in them, really!

Handpies because they're eaten with the hands instead of a fork and knife. Pot pies because they were originally baked in pots, I guess, and shepherds are the guys who watch the sheep, dunno why they've got a pie named after them, though.
