I never thought this would happen. Ever.

This Is Usually Where A Futile Effort Is Made To Convince You To Do Otherwise Or At Least Thats What Ive Come To Believe From What Ive Seen
In Fact Id Even Be The Most Likely Character You Have To Attempt To Provide Counsel On What I Perceive To Be Pegged As A Misguided Decision
However Its The Variety Of Other Characters Youve Chosen In The Past That Have Me So Absolutely Set Against The Idea
Judging From All These Sociopaths Im Forced To Now Share Headspace With Ive Come To The Informed Decision You Are A Lost Cause
So Im Not Going To Bother
Just Wait Out The Inevitable Until Im Forgotten About And You Move Onto The Next One
I Can Wait

And why this apparent lack of interest in your own self preservation?
I know you can be a bit gloomy, Kanaya, but really.
If you want to remain where you are, then provide some reason for it to happen.
Don't simply allow yourself to vanish without putting up a fight.
Or at least a good argument.

Unfortunately, as far as I can tell you don't really have an option.
Once you're 'here,' as far as here can be defined anyway as the confines of some human brain where you are forced to reside while they decide what to do with you, you don't generally ever get to leave.
You may be forgotten, shuffled into some dusty corner of said mindscape to languish until they remember you, but you don't actually receive a pass back to our universe.
At least, not from any of the research I've been able to gather from others trapped in a similar limbo.

Most people make similar mistakes upon their first arrival, I've found.
Before the soul-crushing realization kicks in and they resign themselves to a constant life of shuffling from game to game at the pointless whim of some never-sated mundane.
So you shouldn't feel all that bad about it.
