Not like I need a ton of downtime, either, or downtime that takes me completely out of the city. If something happens, I won't be there to help deal with it. I don't mind fighting monsters and villains and stuff, I can deal with that just fine. It's mostly all the crazy, twisted mental and emotional crud my mun comes up with that's really harsh.

Well, I don't even know who you are yet, so I'm not sure what I'll be missing when I do turn up again... however, in the event I should actually survive so long as that, I shall try to be pleased to meet you. She's saying it could be as soon as like, the 29th or so, but the more I argue with her about this, the more it's looking like she's gonna try to do a week to a week and a half instead. I think it's also gonna depend on how much work she gets done this weekend and next. In the end, the most crucial days are November 8-12, though.
