Firstly, in regards to the insane plan to bring Sobek down and get Daniel back, I can only hope you know what you're doing or that at least the Doctor and the Master do. I'm sure you know I'm not the type to take a risk without fastidiously calculating the success probability before jumping in...

Okay so maybe I have a slight tendency to make spontaneous risky decisions. Slight! That doesn't mean I'd offer myself up as breast-trapped bait to... fine.

Secondly, if you're thinking about putting me elsewhere why would you want a Season 9 or 10 Daniel?! I've already got a perfectly good one who didn't come with the same unfortunate pessimistic pre-conceptions about me. Namely the fact that our first two meetings weren't either me beating him up and stealing a ship or accidentally linking him to me with Kor-mak bracelets. The fact that I inadvertently managed to put those conceptions back anyway is irrelevant!

Thirdly, I'm hungry! Actually I'm starving and for once I'm not exaggerating. I'd be sweet talking those Jaffa by now, get on it.

Aren't they the same thing? Also I can see how discussing breast terminology would be more pressing than anything else I mentioned.

Booby as in coming from the Spanish "bobo" for simple and stupid, and possibly the boobies, since they were pretty easy to catch. If you were caught within a booby-trap, you were a booby. Something along those lines.

Breasts had nothing to do with it. I'm just trying to make sure you use to right. But you're right.

Well there's some delicious sandstone, some metal bars, a smattering of dirt and human waste. I'm no culinary whizz but I'm pretty sure I can't eat any of those, even if I did have some tabasco.

Yes, those snake things. Currently being held prisoner and tortured by one too, one that's decided to use Daniel Jackson as a host. At least it's pretty to look at though.

Because it's pretty much a guarantee that it'll kill Daniel on the way out, and that's given we could sedate him in the first place.

Please, I'm going to be dragging my sorry skinny starved ass back to Stacy with a dead Goa'uld inside me, or at least that's the plan. I'd hope that'd be priority, not some ridiculous medical exam I've managed to avoid thus far.

Well, hopefully, Stacy will have some Ancient medical technology. Some that I know how to use. Getting that Goa'uld out should be easy.

I have issues with the 'should' there.

Vala, you know as well as I do that the vast majority of the SGC's successes have been down to dumb luck.

Besides, it's only taking a dead snake that's been coiled around your spinal column out. How hard can it be?
