Kinda canon reviewed for two pony muses at once...oops

You certainly are "mundane," aren't you? You have yet to realize that I'm truly the one in control here; not you. If we go anywhere, it's because I demanded such and you just so happen to follow along.

You put too much effort into figuring out my "alignment," as you put it. Here; let me use little words for you to understand: I. Don't. Care. All that matters to me is ensuring my changelings continue to survive. Who cares if it comes at the cost of several million ponies? The first attack may not have been successful, but know that we will make our return. They will all pay for making a fool of me. They will fall to my hooves. And you...for even thinking that such worthless filth like yourself can in any way control me will result in nothing more than your destruction. Not even my changelings will want your corpse...

Your pity is unnecessary; I survive just fine without them.

Pfft yeah, I'd survive just fine without cupcakes and regular cakes and cookies and everything else too, but I wouldn't be happy about it.

"Happy..." hah! Your emotions only serve to supply us with food. They have no use otherwise.

You should totally hang around ponies who're doing stuff that involves their special talent! All the changelings would be set for life, 'cause anypony can tell you that if a pony's got a cutie mark, they're probably doing something they love.

Do you really think it's that simple? That ponies would continue living their lives while my changelings feed off of their very strength? You'll be lucky to even be able to stand after enough time passes.

Why d'you have to take in so much at once? Ponies have an awful lot of love in 'em.

You haven't realized just how many mouths I have to feed, how many of my subjects I have I rule over and how many ponies it would take to fill them. No doubt, you ponies have plenty of love...more than enough to make my changelings the most powerful force the world has ever seen.

Every other pony would no doubt refuse such a compromise, so peace is undesired and impossible. Do you see why our species will never get along? We have no need for friendship and happiness as you ponies. You are a source of food and nothing more.
