What's this about a new season? (Canon: Totally Spies!)
Yeah, ok, mundane. I know you think I'm a little dusty, but seriously? Once you're a spy, you're a spy forever. It's just like riding a bike! I think...
Besides, it's not like we can let Clover go into this all by herself! Because you know how it always goes. She gets warped unrecognizable, then Alex gets kidnapped, and then I have to go in and pull them back together! (At least, I think that's how it went? I can't exactly remember...)
Anyway. My point is, we've gotta stop over-thinking this stuff and just hop to it! There're tons of baddies out there that need stopping. So! Has Jerry given us our destination yet?
Not that I'm in any place to make requests, but it'd sure be neat if it was someplace foreign and exotic. Maybe someplace cosmopolitan? With lots of sites and relics...

I wouldn't say we're stuck on anything. [Hrmph.] It's just after years on the field, you get used to the more predictable points of failure, is all.
no subject
If that happens all the time? It's a formula.
Or they're really inefficient at bein' spies. [He should know. That's part of his job.]
no subject
Or maybe you just haven't run into our brand of baddie. Did that ever cross your mind?
[Easy to point fingers when you're not there, pal.]

Let's just stick to you fighting yours and I fighting mine. No point in wasting precious time here.

Though I was told this place was pretty secure. [Flatstares.] Though it wouldn't be the first time Jer was wrong.
no subject
[ To that, she simply shrugs her shoulders. ] I wouldn't put your trust into others that easily. You're never gonna know when someone's gonna sneak up on you when you least expect it.

I trust Jer with my life on a daily basis. He's never failed me, and I've known him nearly all my life! [She plants a hand on her hip and frowns deeply.] And besides, I'm more than capable of putting up a fight if someone wants to try to pull one on me.
no subject
Okay, okay, yeesh - there's no need to yell at someone that's just trying to help. [ To that, she holds up her hands in a mock surrender sort of way. ] But, that's good that you're not going to let others push you around.

[Tachibana is looking around to see if there is anything familiar at all.]
My Alter would allow me to break through but I'm not sure how the reverberation would effect devices. Spy or not, she does have the right to her privacy. Sorry.
no subject
[ Though, the question is if she's willing to show the device firsthand. ]
I do have to agree to your statement, however it's best to think of all the variables and everything else so that you're not taken back by anything going wrong. Again, this comes from experience with my own line of work.

I mean no offense though I do have to question your training methods.
[Objectively speaking, of course.]
no subject
You mean to tell me that you're immune to making mistakes on the field? What are you, some sort of super-being?
no subject
[It's times like this that Tachibana wishes that he could be a normal teen living a normal life. He envies you, Sam.]
no subject
[Yeah, it'd be really awkward if Jer let one of them die. She would not want to be the one to explain that to the parents.]
What about your parents?
no subject
[He's showing a bit of sadness with his head turned to the side.]
It's not...I'm not...I'm sorry. I shouldn't talk about this to you.
[He falters in his thinking. It hurts to think about them when he could have tried harder to save them.]
no subject
[That was awkward. Sam frowns sympathetically. That seemed to make better sense, though, even if she didn't like it all that much.]
No, I...I'm sorry for bringing it up.
