Anyways, all that Phineas and Ferb know of Perry is that he's a bartender, yep. yep. yep. He's totally not a secret agent, nope. That's silly, you kids and your silly imaginations.

Boy, you sure don't say much even now, buddy! I always thought you'd have more to say if you were a person. Guess not! Oh well. Hey, that reminds me! That really quiet guy from the headspace said there's a... you _{[motions with his hands to make a platypus-sized motion]} y'know, platypus you around here. Have you seen him? He kinda wandered off again. It's okay if you haven't seen you, though. It's hard to keep track, anyway. There sure are a lot of us around.

_{[Heaven knows how or why his Perry the Platypus is still in his prime after eight years, but he is, and he's awesome. Maybe he accidentally waded into the fountain of youth when Ferb lost track of him down in the Everglades that one time. Or maybe he got zotted by a de-ageinator or something. Phineas never questions it, he's just glad that his pet's exceptionally spry for his age.]}

[Oh gosh. Oh goodness. He certainly has seen other Perry skittering about this place, but he knows their duties and how similar they are to his own, so he sort of shrugs.]

Saw 'em but... yeah there's a few of us around.

[Though honestly the good news on how old he gets or something like that, since hahaha being a Platypus is hard enough with the life-span, but man it reflects pretty well into his human... self...

Getting old is hard, he doesn't know how Doof puts up with it constantly.]

[He nods a little and slides his big arm around his nephew into a somewhat-hug. He's actually pretty proud of his life so far, all things considered. Plus seeing how this different dimension Phineas thinks that he's pretty nifty makes him happy as well.

_{[Phineas grins sheepishly and laughs under his breath. Getting a hug from Perry is pretty all right. A little like having his pet Perry fall asleep on his stomach after a long day of lecture hall. That's just fine.]}

C'mon, Perry. I'll make you a cheese sandwich. You still like extra sharp cheddar?

[He's just super glad that he's still there for you guys and a--OH MAN CHEESE SANDWICH. He's practically beaming with how happy he is to hear those words. Um, um duh, he's nodding like crazy.
