[ Izaya finds some interest in what is being said as he skips onto the scene -- his steps give way for his athletic ability, not so much in the randomness of it, but the precision of each movement even in such an eccentric action. He spins once and his right jacket's pocket lags just a little in the turn to give way to the fact there is something concealed in it.

And by the turn and how little it shows, it is obvious that it is a switchblade, which gives more reason to think that he is not as harmless as his little act is supposed to make the viewer believe. His smile is cutting and just as precise as his steps. ]
