I might be if I met a bunch of Skywalkers. But we're not really that common now. Biggs said a lot of people probably changed their last names after the Clone Wars ended, so they wouldn't seem like they'd have anything to do with that Jedi hero, and I asked my aunt, and she says I'm a Skywalker and not a Lars because my grandmother was a Skywalker before any of that, and they wanted to honor her memory.

Woah. Heavy stuff to carry around for a kid. Guess that means you've gotta wear that name like a badge of honor. But look at it this way. I'm from the future. This means that the name Skywalker's going to mean a lot more than a Jedi hero from the Clone Wars. A Skywalker's going to deal a massive blow to the Empire. So, y'know, wear it with pride, kid.

Ooh, really? Huh. I'm going to leave Tatooine one day, when I'm older, no matter what Fixer says, but I don't want the Empire getting suspicious of me just 'cause of my name. My family's bad enough about the idea of them getting interested, they're really paranoid.

Probably it'll depend. Not like fake names change the real ones, right? "Luke Lars". Or "Luke Jundland", that'd be kind of impressive. "Luke Dunestrider." Too close? And probably I should also think of different first names.

I don't think so? I mean, d_m stuff only counts on d_m. I was and I guess sort of still am in a game where someone spoiled me for pretty much everything, but that only counts there.
