Welcome back to Paragon City, ma'am. Seems like you've missed out on a lot since you last visited, huh? The Praetorians have been causing trouble galore, Galaxy City was destroyed by the Shivans, and Statesman... I don't want to talk about that last one.

I know that we're both kind of feeling our way through this together. But we'll do a lot of good together. Trust me. I was with the Paragon Fire Department. I know when things'll turn out good at first sight. -Okay, besides the whole Steel Canyon thing. So sue me.

How is there anything left of those buildings for the Hellions to burn, anyways?

At this point, I think they're burning already-burned out buildings. It's usually in the same square block, to boot. It could be worse. It could be Clockwork stealing stuff from the university.

[Pause.] Or Wade.

Aw, lookit. It's yet another of Paragon's fleet of do-gooders. You'd think your numbers would be sparser, but I'm even spotting you suckers all the way out here. You guys are like cockroaches.

[Scoff.] Excuse you. Cockroaches? I'm not in the mood for a smart-mouthed Arachnos stooge right now. -Or are you one of Cole's little attack dogs? It's hard to tell who keeps wanting to ruin the day any more.

Arachnos? _{[The speaker his voice is coming through crackles a little, as he puts as much incredulity into that name as he can.]} Really, way to have no imagination! There's still some of us free-lance shit-stirrers left around, you know.

I know. [There's enough bitterness in her voice now to drown a building full of Crey dudes.] Wade made sure we'd never forget what a freelance scumbag could do.

_{[Ugh, is that a heat-haze he detects? Lame. He can willpower through a burn or twelve no problem, but too much heat messes with his weapon system. For now, he sticks to more banter.]}
