[ a laugh, one that's inviting and warm, though he doesn't mean it. he never does. the smile falters before he shrugs, lips pulled down in a sardonic frown. ]

I suppose you're the expert, right?

[ head turns, looking around as if this can't possibly be happening. he then faces forward, finger to his own chest. who, me? he laughs, lowering his hand and folding them both neatly behind his back. ]

[ the smirk is returned ten-fold. his eyes light up slightly, as if this seems to be a challenge. he likes those. ]

Poking fun at everyone? Sounds tedious when you think about it. You remind me of someone ... someone I haven't seen in a long time.

[ a quick once-over with a cut of his eyes. unimpressive. his arms fold across his chest and he tilts his head. this is frustrating, and it's far past the rhetorical question being cutely answered. ]

No. [ he finds that foolish. ] Is yours?

Yeah. [ She shows a small grin, a bit smug. ] They know what I'm capable of...

[ he likes the sound of that. fear should be universal, especially when it comes to him. ]

Fun. What are you capable of?

Not dying. [ Her smile grows this time. Oh dear... ] My classmates kept killing and burying me, but I came back to haunt them.

[ a smile twitches at the corners of his mouth. ]

Immortality? That's handy, I imagine. [ he tilts his head, the thought alone of haunting someone giving him all the more reason to show teeth. ] And hopefully you killed them all?
