You pick a storyline for me to follow and it ends up being the one where I win the Race of Champions? Where I wind up in the Nations Cup semifinals? Maybe you better start playing the lottery because you - we - are really lucky.

I'm incredibly humbled to represent my country and my sport in the way I have. I didn't expect any of this when I signed up. But I'm honored that I was able to have this shot, and the only way it could have been better was if my boyfriend could have seen it.

Which is what matters now. My work is done and I'm exhausted and I just want to spend time with the man I love. I want to see how being apart has affected us and have that reunion he said we were in for. That's what is worth writing now - how my career will change my relationship and me having to figure out these challenges I've never had before. We learned from last season that I can win all the races and it doesn't mean anything if nobody is there.

So if you really want to end this well, just find me Connor and a pizza. Because I'd trade the trophy for him in a heartbeat.

See to me that is awkward. How are you meant to drop down to a knee if you are waiting for the person to even find the ring? Clearly you cannot enjoy your dessert because you need to be ready at any moment. Sounds too stressful instead of romantic.

Can I be perfectly honest? If you're going to propose, just propose. I don't need a big proposal. All I need is to know you want me to be your wife.

I always wanted to propose after I won a race. I thought that'd be a cool way to do it and the champagne would already be there.

I like that in the heat of the moment type proposal as well as the nicely planned out romantic night out.

That would have been really fun. I'm sorry I wasn't able to come with you. But now you have me for about another two weeks. Anything you want to do.

It is for me too. But that's what matters to me. This is the first time that we've ever really been apart and it's only going to get more intense.

I just want us to get married like normal people. I mean we would have to have a big ceremony at some point because we have so many people to invite but can we just elope first?

I like that plan very much. You know, if your father does not kill me for it.

Dad would kill you if I was pregnant when we got married. I think he'd understand the eloping considering how many people we're obligated to invite to any wedding.

He just doesn't want me to be an unwed mother.
