Needing a distraction from your life is really no reason for you to go screwing around with mine. So please, do everyone a favor and stop looking at games and applications.

You should get a hobby. A different hobby. How about a cooking class?

...Or a secluded village. There are a million other things to choose from. One of them has to be more appealing.

I'm lucky. She doesn't really bring me out unless she sees a canonmate or I have something to complain about.

Don't tell me yours is thinking about putting you in a game...?

That is lucky. Not that I have much to complain about, either. Not until she started actually looking at games.

I don't want to push her too much, she's stubborn and will take it as a challenge, but I would really rather not wind up in any of the places she bookmarked.

[Of course, Harvey just comes right out and says it. He's Harvey. They're both adults. It's fine.]

Um, no. Not that one. There's one on her list, but right now she thinks the idea of literally sending me to hell is funny.

He shows up, snarks at me, and then disappears. So pretty much Tuesday.

Yeah, he can be a bit of a grump sometimes.

I guess that there is at least one shred of hope. The games she's looking at don't have a lot of people she's familiar with. I'll just keep my fingers crossed that's enough of a deterrent.

You're, uh, kind of at the behest of a crazy person here. Not sure how much any argument would work. But --

You could have just a tiny bit more sympathy. You know, store up some karma points for when you find yourself in a similar situation.

The one upside is that if you have a decent mun, they can sometimes write out the terrible things that happen. So there's a chance it could get better.

I'm more of a, uh, backseat rider these days. So, no, I don't really get put in these situations anymore. A while ago, it was all I could do to avoid it but now, naaah. I'm yesterday's news.

Relax, I'm not exactly going to be offended when she tires of playing with my life. And, to be honest, she'll probably drop the whole thing when classes start up again in a week. According to the other people up here, that can go either way, but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

[She drops her head on Donna's shoulder in true BFF-in-distress fashion and sighs.]
