[Shiro rubbed at his chin, considering.] It's not a bad idea. A small location to meet up. Though I worry what the 'muns' will do if they all converse together. 'Plotting' they call it.

[Her mun was apparently elated at the development. Allura internally grumbles, her expression quickly flickering back to one of pleasantries.]

I'm afraid it's too late for that. At least as far as my 'mun' is concerned.

Right now, what I make of it is keeping an eye out for everyone. What my mun makes of it is actually 'breaking' things. We don't see eye to eye.

That's honestly better then what could happen. [warm and fuzzy 'filler episodes' are things he's not sure he's good with but his mun loves too. Shiro is very 'what? no one trying to kill us?' while Shiro!mun is very 'go, be cute.']

[Allura!mun chose her 'toon for that very reason--who else would be such an excellent facilitator of some much needed R&R?]

I don't really care to think about what could happen. That makes it all the more likely to come through, if history has anything to show for it.

[Her smile just barely reaches her eyes, still a little weary at the possibilities.]

I uh, no offence meant, Princess, but I'm not sure an 'ocean of suitors' sounds like a great idea. I would think that you would be more likely the one who'll have to deal with that ocean. [Nobody wants this. Nobod--okay, maybe LANCE does.]

[Also, shiro!mun agrees with Allura, that something nice with a lion on it would be perfect. Shiro on the other hand doesn't think they need medals for doing their job.]

...oh. [She feels pretty sheepish now.] Well. I suppose I can see how that could be considered a pleasant custom.

So long as the end result is the fall of the Galra Empire, that's all that matters to me. [but you'd be the Hero Princess of the Universe, Allura. That's a huge kingdom.] I'm not sure the cryo-pods are the answer, but it's not a bad answer?

[She weakly smiles.] At the very least, by the time I woke up maybe there'd be a few princes or ten that had managed to make something of the mess Zarkon has made of things?

[It's a good thing Shiro was playing along, lest her quips be taken seriously. She's honestly teasing now. Of course she would stick around to help with the rebuilding. It was ultimately what she, personally was fighting for. ~~And maybe a little bit of filial vengeance for good measure.~~]

That could be the way to choose your possible suitor. The one who cleaned up ten thousands years of Zarkon's mess the best gets the hand of the Hero Princess of Lions?

[He knows she's teasing at least, because he know's she'll no doubt be in the lead of the clean up in the end. War's over? Sure, but the job will never be done. ~~Vengeance is reasonable though.~~]

[Allura heartily laughed at his response. It was something the two of them could bond over--both she and Shiro had a good grasp of the 'bigger picture' without getting overwhelmed by the overwhelming task before them.]

How to even judge such a thing? To be quite honest I'd be content with them being capable of cleaning the mess hall. [Even with the defeat of Zarkon, there would still be those who fell under his alliance. She doesn't dare bring any of that up right now. Even if Shiro had an inkling of what space held for the Paladins, he seemed to know as well as she did that they needed to take one challenge at a time.]

Maybe I'd take into consideration which other kingdoms have the fairest of nobility. After all, paladins tend to have their pick, especially once knighted.
