Well, well. I can't say I'm terribly surprised. I must thank you for your loyalty to Arus over the years, Mun.

Though...I can't just go along without mentioning--your, erm, 'creative' designs for myself and the Paladins are premature at best. [And frankly troubling at worst. Let a girl breathe, for crying out loud!]

I know you've gone quite a while without going in this deep, but in all seriousness, leave the 'ships' to those who can pilot, won't you?

[His brow raised at 'royal duties' looking mildly amused.] Royal duties or not, piloting the Castle of Lions is still piloting. And yes, for the most part? I'm... staying safe.

[He's shooting a glare over at his mun however, because 'safe' is a bit of a lie. thanks mun, thanks. No reason to worry the Princess however.]

[She knows that look. She's cast that look her own mun's direction before.]

I mean. [She folds her arms and tries not to come off too terribly doting.] Seeing as you've survived abduction, testing, and heavens-knows what else, I imagine if anyone is qualified to face the worst, it'd be you, Shiro.

[Though that doesn't mean that she wants you do.]

I'd rather not know 'what else' right now, but, don't sell yourself short, Princess. I've seen you fight. [a faint smile again, for a moment, before that concerned look returns.] I hope your mun is a bit more... gracious with you. 'Merciful' might be the better word.

I think the only thing that is actually holding her back is the fact that she hasn't completed what there is of our story yet.

[Her mun is impatient and over-eager, bless her.]

On one hand, I'm eager for her to hurry things up so I'm not just floating around here. On the other hand...there's a sense of foreboding in this place, as though I'd be better off if she did nothing at all.

[Allura!Mun, too, is an old fan. She continues to hold her breath in any scene Shiro's involved in, fearing the worst.]

[Heirs. Dowries. That sort of thing.] She doesn't seem to realize that some of us are too busy to entertain paramours. A common plight when you're the on--er...[Well, that may have been true at a time, but not in this reality.] When you're of marrying age.

[Whoa whoa WHOA Allura let's not get ahead of ourselves.]

[And it isn't until the "marrying age" part that it clicks in Pidge's head.]

Is this not a common combination? [Though she wasn't sure if she was 'needed' based on something so superficial but...]

Less so than you might think. If someone has pale hair, chances are they have pale skin to accompany it, and it get so dull.

[She's mainly just bitter that she has dark skin, and yet the other two incarnations of her character that followed were both given white skin. Way to kill a unique look!]

[Don't feel too bad, her previous, more famous incarnation is blonde-haired, blue-eyed, and wears pink without fail.]

That's quite unfortunate. Perhaps you should travel space. There is a great deal of diversity where I tend to be.

It'd have to be some other space than the one I'm familiar with. My space is full of creatures that think my kind is a delicacy.

Yup. Humans are apparently a popular menu item among many alien species, so space travel from where I am is ill-advised.
