How clear do I need t'make this? No. I don't have time for this. Whatever you're on about with 'porting' me here - it needs to stop. I have things to hunt, places to be, food to eat: how exactly is your taking me away going t'help with any of that?

(At least we're inside. That's something, right? The Neath has such a strong claim on me I'd be surprised if I last two minutes in the sunlight.)

Some muns never learn, I guess. Mine listens to me, at least, though she still wants to try and put me through the wringer at some point.

I don't mind the 'putting me through the wringer' - it's nothing worse than what I already do. But the whole taking me out of London is unacceptable.

Mine doesn't listen. They never do. Reminds me of a cat I know, actually.

As for cats... the ones I talk to tend to listen, but I think they're atypical. They're not London cats, at least.

'm just lucky there's no sunlight, I suppose. I'd be dead in under an hour. It is quite hard to dodge bullets -- unfortunately so.

Mm. London cats are unusual, yes; but I've been there for years, it's hard to remember sometimes that many people have never seen a cat speak. Do they have useful things to say? Yes. Are they incredibly flippant and refuse to concede? Frequently.

My comparisons are not altogether incorrect.

And yeah, you're right in regards to the cats.

Never been back to the surface, but from what I've heard, once you die in the Neath the sunlight'll kill you if you ever go back up. Aside from food there's not much up there that's preferable, so I can't say I mind.

I appreciate cats, but...they're not the most pleasant to converse with.

Th' mun says not a lot of people have. Which doesn't make a lot of sense, seeing as everyone knows about it where I come from, but -- that's just a quirk, maybe.

Long story short -- London got dragged underground by bats thirty years ago and now we all live in a cave with lotsa mushrooms. That's about it for anythin' interesting.

Well -- there's rats too, at least. And lizards. ...Lots of lizards. But the only way I've managed to get a decent meal in years is havin' an in with both a diplomat and someone who's used to spice and won't settle for less.

There's ways to get around the food. You just need to not be picky.
