Yeah, but you didn't know that. I mean, it sucks. But you did a good thing. You were trying to help people, just like you always do.

[softly] Like you always did.

Ah, he lost his daughter. Doesn't make it okay, course it doesn't, but he was grieving. People do dumb things like that!

Yeah. Yeah, that's rough, man. I mean, he's got her, and Baymax, and us, and you're still really important in his life.

But that doesn't make up for it. I get it.

Yeah. I just wish I had actually helped someone, you know, but... that's okay.

[He smiles quietly at his friend, then shakes his head a little.] That's why I created Baymax, so he could help people, more than I ever could.

I'm sorry Professor Callaghan felt he had to do that. I don't think revenge is the easy way out.

[It's easy to tear up a little, thinking about how Hiro doesn't have his big brother anymore, but he smiles a little bigger, instead.] Hiro's got you too, Fred, and the others. I'm really glad you guys have been there for him. Thank you.

You've done lots, though, Tadashi! And every time Baymax helps someone, there's a little piece of you there too, though not in a gross way, I don't mean like a fingernail or something.

[tearing up a little too because it's hard not to, when you're doing it and you're so darn brave] He's a good kid.

[He smiled just a little, listening to his friend.]

You never did let things get you down, Fred. You, and Honey, and the others. I was so lucky to have you guys in my life. It's never easy being outcast as the nerd.

[But Tadashi had an easy way with people, even non-nerds. Still, it had been nice to have this group of friends, with such similar interests.]
