One does not have the time to worry about personal appearances when they are too busy trying to finding a way not to rot away into nothing. You should remember that. I will admit that it is quite a lovely form and I'm sure we had our reasons for taking it. Does the Doctor find it attractive?

Every day presents a new failure of imagination from those around us. It's sad, really, as well as annoying. Sadder still that it's endemic in those who really ought to know better. [ Sure, maybe it's confusing to humans, but the Master has been (in recent memory, for him) a disembodied psychic goo-snake, and the Doctor really ought to be better at recognizing them. A body of the right species, in good health, possessing even the right sort of incredibly crazy eloquent eyes is light years better than some of the things he's had to make do with. Including this android body, which, however carefully custom designed, still had some fundamental flaws in terms of being under the Doctor's control. ]

[The Doctor is more or less pleased with her current regeneration. Yes,it has been incredibly painful to look in the mirror and see her long lost best friend staring back at her, but being female has definitely made things interesting. And she's ginger now, of course, which is Brilliant.
