Yeah, tell me about it. It's weird just seeing two of dad. [Because seriously, while something had obviously been off about CLU from the start, Sam hadn't been able to distinguish him from his dad until CLU spelled it out.

[Oh, that makes the smile slowly trail off his face. What really defines a "dad?"] It's... the guy who made me, who's also a user. Users can make other users, I guess. Sometimes it's someone who mentors you, kinda looks out for you... like a dad's supposed to.

[If they were at End of Line, he'd buy him a drink. Or three. Looks like he needs it.] Sure, sounds good. [Another bright smile at the thought of getting to sit down and talk more with his User. He leads the way to a small ledge and hops up on it, pulling one knee up.]

Well, not here here. Was in ENCOM, then ended up in the Grid. It's all a little weird, y'know? [He laughs a little, swinging his foot over the ledge.] Right now I'm just happy to be not locked up in a cell.

Never thought I'd be sitting here talking to my User. [He's still a little awestruck, don't mind him.] It's been a wild cycle, y'know?

Outside? In the User world? [Kade sits back, shaking his head.] Man, I don't even know if that's possible. You might be able to get in here, but... wow, I never even thought about it. What's it like out there?

It could be. [Shrugging. Nothing's really impossible anymore to him anymore.] It's... [Considering.] It's big.

And here I thought the Grid was big. I haven't even seen all of it yet. Lots of places I haven't got into... lots of places I'm not supposed to get into. [That grin says he's going to try, though.]

The User world's even bigger though, huh?

Real big. [Sam hasn't explored the entire Grid himself either, but from what he's seen there's a big city and then a whole bunch of unknown land surrounding it. Then again, Sam hasn't really tasked himself with exploring everywhere either.] But it sure is getting smaller. People can track you almost anywhere. [CREEPY FLYNN LIVES PEOPLE 8(]

I didn't even get to see all of ENCOM while I was in there, and that was pretty massive itself. I can't even process what the User world might be like.
