[He's not entirely sure what Ace means by Marineford being Good Times, but he lets is go. It's nothing he's aware of just yet.]

Glad to hear it. Being shoved into a game is always easier to handle when you're around your fellow acquaintances. [It's OK, he understands what he means.]

It's going through a rough time at the moment, but I'm confident that we'll be able to build it back up to its former glory. We didn't put all that effort into the city's well-being just to be torn down by a single incident, after all.

Single incident? What happened? [While Garp told him a lot about Luffy's adventures at Enies Lobby, and even some of the Water 7 aftermath, damage to Water 7 itself was left out.]

Nma, perhaps you were busy with something else, but we've had quite the incident involving the Strawhat Pirates. It was quite an uproar here in the city for a while, not to mention Aqua Laguna hovering about in our minds as well.

Yes, he and his crew, among many others in the city laid down their lives to help him. It was quite moving, to say the least. He has a very promising life ahead of him...

We have no other choice, but it suits us just fine. We have the best shipwrights and engineers in the world, so it won't be too difficult. Have you ever stopped by the shipyard? Or the train station?

I've heard they're rather magnificent, however. [Also that Gold Roger's ship Oro Jackson was built there, which actually taints his view but you know, whatever.] I also heard my little brother's chef actually wrote a giant letter at the train station? [Sanji plz.] But only rumors. Care to describe them in your own words, sir Mayor?

[He nods. It's coo, Ace. He ain't offended or anything. The letter from Sanji makes me chuckle under his breath a little.]

It was considered graffiti and washed off as soon as we had the time after everything settled down, but it was important at the time. He was trying to leave a message to the navigator of the crew about his whereabouts.

[He rubs his chin, grinning.] Nma... although, I heard a good 90% of the letter was a love letter.

[ALL THE LAUGHS.] From Sanji to Nami, I wouldn't be surprised in the least. He's even kept their rooms completely pristine and perfect in case they ever come back. Hopefully they'd appreciate it.

That's very thoughtful of him. I'm sure they won't be apart for long. This series seems to be picking up steam in terms of popularity, so who knows? Perhaps someone will show up with her in tow.
