Frozen AU, voicetesting. (Spoilers will probably be in the comments.)
So you say my sister is here. [Elsa's voice is so toneless, her face so carefully neutral and disinterested, that you would never know how close to home this hits for her. Her stance is rigid as ever; observers may note if they look closely that the crowned queen looks a little too thin, and tired.]
Assuming it wasn't impossible, what makes you think she or I would want to be together again? I think what happened the first time is not something that needs to be repeated.

[No. Don't go there. Think of fractals, intricacies, geometry, court politics. Don't feel. Let the facts become dates and numbers, nothing else. The expression she wears is temporarily uncertain, but swallowed up quickly by her default coldness.]

[That seems common in royalty. Jealousy abounds.]

Seeing her here would be... I don't know. Complicated, at best. I suppose everyone who sees their loved ones here has similar reactions. But I think it would be easier if she and I didn't speak.
[Elsa wouldn't know what to say. Where to even begin. Even queens are but human in the end.]

She blinks in surprise at the last bit, though.] I'm what?
[She's the Queen of Solitude, to most kingdoms and nobility that know her. She has heard every unkind metaphor for her appearance, and all the false pretty ones at dinner parties and in the court, but this woman doesn't know she's a Queen, so why...?]

OH DEAR LAWD :D
Wow...I mean, it's good to see you! I-I mean, it's great! [ bringing her hands together, she switches quickly from looking up at Elsa, and looking at that distracting thing on the wall. :[ ]
Brace for impact.
The temperature drops around them, but other than that Elsa is able to reign in her powers. Daily practice for years will do that for a woman; what it will not do is keep her heart from racing and her eyes from widening.]
...but you're dead, [she whispers at last.] I- this isn't real, is it? [Elsa wants to reach out to confirm it, but she has not touched anyone since she was a child, and the action seems terribly intimate to initiate with someone who she wronged so dearly.]

I hope it's real...I-I've missed you. [ her expression softens. Elsa looks a little tense, and also politeness and all that. She really wants to hug you right now because you look like you really need it. :c She lifts a hand slowly, quietly, as if not wanting to scare her away. Same warm, sun-kissed skin. Her eyes mirror what she feels in her heart-- an absolute longing to be with her only family. ]

I missed you, too.
[But she can't cry. She can't let herself get emotional. She focuses on the pain in her stomach from lack of food - the carefully engineered distraction she kept with her at all times - and looked away from those eyes that could undo the Queen.]

[ no matter how many times she looks at this version of Elsa, she just looks miserable. Unhealthy..sad...lonely. She takes a small step forward. ]
What are you so afraid of?

Good luck trying to convince your mun. They seem rather insistent on making us face our past. [Does it look like Elsa's radiating some angry heat? Because she is.]
