Way we look at it, no place's really "safe", y'know? With so many zombies runnin' around, ya can never really be sure the doors'll hold, stuff like that. With jus' the four of us, it's easier ta get around, try ta find help. CEDA never stays in one place long either, so we try ta find 'em before they hightail it, cuz they bomb the shit outta every place they leave.
